Magic: the Gathering is the world’s most popular trading card game. Players sling spells and summon epic creatures in a head to head duel. With more than thirty years of cards and lands to explore, there is something in Magic for everyone. And on July 5th, Magic is crossing over with Assassin’s Creed!

What is Assassin’s Creed?

Assassin’s Creed is a storied video game franchise that spans the breadth of human history. The action-packed series centers around modern Assassins delving into the memories of their DNA through the Animus to relive the lives of their ancestors to recover dangerous artifacts. And with Magic’s latest release, players can take the action to the tabletop with a slew of assassins, villains, and historical figures. 

What’s this event all about?

To celebrate Magic’s crossover with Assassin’s Creed, we’re hosting a learn-to-play event run by our Magic staff to welcome new players to the fold. Whether you’ve never played Magic or tried the game years ago, this is the perfect chance to learn one of the world’s greatest games. Labyrinth prides itself on its open, welcoming, and diverse community of Magic players, and we’d love for you to join us! So come out on July 14th. No RSVP necessary, just show up between 3-7pm.
