In-Store Policies & Covid Protocol
 

We are open for in-person shopping, pickup, and shipping.

A mask is recommended but optional while shopping and browsing inside the store. Masks and proof of vaccination are currently required for all of our store and gaming events.

Labyrinth also continues to offer pickup for orders placed online or by phone as well as shipping anywhere in the US, including APO and DPO addresses.

Order Online for Pickup or Shipping

 

Pickup:  We continue to offer in-store pickup! If you feel comfortable doing so, please come in to pick up your order. If you would like us to bring your order outside to you, please give us a call when you arrive.

We generally pull orders as soon as they are placed. We will email as soon as your order is ready. These emails sometimes go to spam folders. If you have any questions or concerns, please call us.

Shipping:  We can also ship to anywhere in the US!* We normally get shipments out within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the order, and it generally takes between 1 to 5 days for the order to reach you after it has left our store.

We ship via USPS Priority and UPS 3-Day Select to get your order to you as quickly as possible.** If shipping is better with FedEx, we will contact you to confirm and send tracking. 

*Any order over $200 ships free.
