We are thrilled to be hosting our 12th Annual Used Game Sale on September 7-8th, 2024!

What to Expect – Auction & Rummage

Saturday, September 7th will kick off the sale with auctions throughout the day. A list of available games will eventually be available for viewing here (please, check back after August 23rd). On Sunday, September 8th, the sale will conclude with an all-day rummage sale. Prices will drop as the day progresses! Bidder registration will be required to participate on Saturday. No registration is necessary for the Sunday rummage sale.

All of Labyrinth's proceeds from the Used Game Sale benefit our community initiatives, including the Labyrinth Teacher Fund, community game nights, and the demo library. We really appreciate the support our community has always shown for this great event!

Sell Your Gently Used Games!

If you would like to sell your gently used games in our sale, you must register in advance and provide information about the games you’ll be selling. You’ll need to submit each item’s name, edition (if applicable), condition, desired price range, etc. Each seller may submit up to 10 games and/or 10 bundles of games. You may combine similar games and/or games with expansions to make bundles. You can choose to receive 80% of the sale price as store credit or 40% of the sale price in cash (as a check).

Registration to sell your games will open online at noon on July 6th, with additional spots opening at noon on July 7th. Registration will remain open until we reach our capacity or until July 14th, whichever comes first.

Buy and Bid on Games!

Early bidder registration will open on Saturday, August 31st and remain open until noon on Friday, September 6th. You may also register as a bidder on September 7th at the event. Online bidder registration will speed up the check-in process for picking up your bidder number. To participate in the September 7th auction, you must register as a bidder. You must be present at the event to bid and pick up winning bids on that day.

We will also have a rummage sale on September 8th. Registration is not required for the rummage sale. We hope you'll join us!

Drop Off Your Registered Games

For customers who successfully register to sell games this year, you will receive an email with a link to Calendly to schedule a time/date – between August 3rd and August 23rd – to drop off your games. Please drop off your games and/or game bundles at the time you select. Please let us know if you do not receive the Calendly email.

Used Game Sale Timeline  


July 6 & 7
: Fill out the Seller Information Form if you want to sell your games. Slots will be made live at noon on both days, and the form will close when we reach capacity. (The form is now closed.)

August 3-23: Game drop off for registered sellers (you will schedule a date/time for drop off)

August 31 - September 6: Bidder pre-registration

September 7: On-site bidder registration & auction

September 8: Rummage

September 11: Sellers will receive an e-mail with their results

September 14: Store credit will be posted on seller(s) store account(s) and/or checks will be ready for pickup

September 22: Any games that remain must be picked up by this date or they will be considered donated to Labyrinth
