What's New at Labyrinth - Week of May 26th

T. Rexes, Deep Regrets, and Boozy Escapes

This week at Labyrinth, we’re blooming with new games, preparing for a prehistoric LEGO invasion, and getting ready to play games with cocktails in hand. Basically, it's business as unusual.

Incoming LEGO alert (available starting Sunday):
We’ve got a whole herd of new LEGO sets stomping in this weekend, including Jurassic World T. Rex River Escape, Raptor Off-Road Escape, and Spinosaurus & Quetzalcoatlus Air Mission. Also arriving: the Pixar Luxo Jr.—a brick-built tribute to everyone's favorite animated desk light. These sets will be ready to fly off our shelves (and into your build space) starting Sunday.

Fresh on the tabletop:

• Earth Abundance, a new expansion for the wonderful game Earth, just released—it's a beautifully strategic love letter to the planet. Come for the cute animals, stay for the crunchy decisions.

• Pergola arrives tomorrow! It’s the perfect balance of relaxing and competitive—like gardening, but with more tile-laying and less weeding.

New to us (and worth a look):

• Exit: The Venice Conspiracy—an escape room in a box, Venetian intrigue included.

• LEGO Star Wars U-Wing Starfighter—for those who like their nostalgia brick-built and ready for battle.

In Pokémon news:

The global Pokémon shortage continues, but we still have some booster packs of Destined Rivals in stock. They are limited to 3 packs per person per day and are for sale in-store only. Today, the new Marnie and Steve decks are on sale. These are in-store only and are extremely limited — so come early if you want to snag them before they vanish like a Pikachu in tall grass. They are limited to only 1 per person. 

And, if you like your Pokémon competitive, make sure to join us on Saturday at noon for our next League Challenge. There are only a few seats left - register now!

Deep Regrets is back! Don’t be the one regretting you missed it again. This clever game of questionable decisions is limited in stock and full of dark humor.

And speaking of questionable decisions... it’s Boozy Board Game Night!

Join us this Sunday at 6 PM at Mr. Henry’s (on the corner of 6th & Pennsylvania SE) for our monthly Boozy Board Game Night. It’s $10 to join, and our fabulous staff will be there to teach games, recommend favorites, and cheer you on—regardless of how well you're playing. Come for the games, stay for the drinks, and maybe even make a new friend or two. No registration necessary.
